On US-9 in Bayville, Lodge 2394 has built something rare: a place where the handshake still means something. Rated 4.8 stars across 85 reviews, this lodge isn't coasting on nostalgia. Members show up, roll up their sleeves, and do the work that makes Ocean County a better place to live.

One of the lodge's most celebrated commitments is Camp Mo, a summer program for children with disabilities that has touched countless families across New Jersey. That's the kind of work the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks was chartered to do, and Lodge 2394 takes it seriously. From holiday food drives to scholarship programs for local students, the impact here is concrete and measurable.

The facility itself earns its own praise. Guests who've attended repasses, craft shows, and private events consistently mention the spacious layout and the warm, unpretentious atmosphere. This is a lodge that works hard and hosts well.

What We Offer

The back room at Lodge 2394 is one of Bayville's best-kept secrets for private events. Spacious, well-maintained, and staffed by people who genuinely want your event to go well, it has hosted repasses, receptions, craft fairs, and community gatherings. If you need a venue that won't nickel-and-dime you, this is the room locals keep recommending.

Beyond the event space, Lodge 2394 offers full membership in one of America's oldest fraternal organizations, founded in 1868. Members gain access to a social hall, organized charitable programs, veteran support initiatives, and a genuine community of neighbors who look out for one another.

Craft shows, fundraisers, and lodge-sponsored events rotate throughout the year, giving both members and visitors regular reasons to come through the doors. Check the national Elks website or contact the lodge directly to see what's coming up and how to get involved.

"Went for a craft show only. Very nice. But as for the lodge itself, I was involved with the Elks a while back and can say they do great things. They have a camp for handicapped children called Camp Moore. Money raised thru fundraising helps these kids and other disabled children. Please support your local Elks. They are a great group and super nice people."

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
